This committee seeks opportunities to extend the invitation to worship to visitors, inactive members, and residents throughout the community.

 § Planning the new member receptions, potlucks and desserts

§ Providing publicity for church events through mailings, the newspaper and radio/television announcements

§ Following up on visitors with calls and personal visits

§ Developing a Welcome Packet for new members

§ Helping to integrate new members into the life of the congregation

§ Organize and coordinate the church directory
